Membership/Subscriber Policy |
Only the subscriber whose name, user ID (email address), password, Paypal account and credit card are associated with the subscriber account is entitled to access the premium subscriber area of this web site and related Forum sections. Sharing access to the subscriber portion of this web site with other non-paying users may result in the cancellation of your account without any refund. By using the site you are agreeing to not republish, copy, reproduce, or distribute the web site content or related materials to non-paying users. By sharing or distributing this content and information the overall value of our approach might be undermined and the efficacy of the detections and trade ideas shown within may be diluted. Subscriptions and Cancellations (PayPal) |
Subscriptions are on a monthly basis. The service/billing period is based on the day you subscribe, which becomes your anniversary date. Each billing covers the time from your anniversary date until the next anniversary date. Each subscription is billed in advance of the coming period and there are no partial monthly or partial term subscriptions. Each subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period unless you cancel your subscription renewal directly through PayPal. No refunds will be given. If you decide to cancel, you will have access to the site and related materials, until the paid portion of your subscription expires. |
Limitation of Subscription Availability |
ODBS may limit the number of subscribers allowed in our subscription services and/or newsletters. This is done to minimize the threat of too many traders attempting the same trade detections/ideas and thereby biasing the market by way of the purchase of a high volume of contracts. |
Trial & Promotion Policy |
ODBS will hold regular one day free trial (open doors) events. You will be notified automatically and you will receive the relative information and login data as long as you are registered to our free newsletter |
Refunds and Fee Disputes |
Due to the exclusive nature of our subscription services, your subscription fee is non-refundable. There are no partial monthly subscriptions. By using and/or subscribing to this web site premium content and related Forum sections, you are agreeing to pay the ODBS monthly subscription fees that will be charged to your Paypal account or credit card. Although we recognize your right to dispute erroneous charges to your Paypal account or credit card, chargeback's of legitimate charges will not be tolerated and may result in termination of, or refusal to renew, your subscription. |
